Put simply, for a strategy to be effective it must degenerate into work. Often the execution of strategy doesn’t get far beyond the boardroom. A living strategy arrives at a set of actionable initiatives and the battle arena which has the most immediate effect is Sales.
We believe that the best thinking in strategy formulation applies just as well to Sales Management as it does to corporate decision-making.
