The Client
Clarify wanted a tool that would assess prospective employees Business Acumen at the interview stage
The Brief
Clarify used our Recruitment tool and sent a link out to the candidates before their interview. The tool would ask the candidate to analyse a case study then follow that by asking a number of questions about themselves.
The Result
Using our product Clarify could view a snapshot profile of all of their candidates. This included a measure of their business acumen and decision making ability. This allowed Clarify to view the candidates results before the interview and use the profile as a guide to ask them about their decisions and results.
Using this tool helped Clarify to highlight the best candidate for the position they were offering and informed their final decision in the hiring process.
