Executive MBA

For the 8th year running we have successfully delivered the Fast Strategy, Intrapreneurship and Business Instinct course at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.

The course is typically delivered to Executives from all types of organisations around the world. This year we had 43 delegates attending over the 2 days.

Learning Objectives

Enterprise orientation – “intrapreneurship” – is increasingly seen as critical for executives and their companies to succeed. The payoff comes not only from transforming the company’s own activities, but from improved understanding of customers/clients, and suppliers. This course helps delegates to reinforce and practise critical enterprise strategy concepts, and enhance their personal Intrapreneurial/employment skills, within a “Business Acumen” model.

In the later stages of the course we shall focus increasingly on the specific challenges of achieving valuable change in slow moving organisations, including addressing the process of creating insight itself.

“This was one of the best programmes I experienced in my EMBA at Cambridge, I had to make my CFOs enjoy the same benefits!”
